FERN BAY FIND
From one price high to a potential other, Century 21's Nick Townsend is marketing a house in Fern Bay he believes could garner one of the biggest sales for its suburb.
He has listed a four-bedroom home at 11 Sygna Street with a guide of $880,000 to $920,000. The suburb's highest sale, according to APM data, was $920,000 for 19 Paperbark Court in October, 2017. It is the only house in Fern Bay to have broken the $900,000 mark.
The closest was when Mr Townsend sold a five-bedroom, two-storey house at 5 Rushland Drive in October last year for $890,000.
He said size and scale were proving popular for the Sygna Street home, which has an internal area of 360 square metres. It was built by Metricon Homes in 2012 and is positioned on a 700 square metre block. There are two bathrooms, four separate living areas, two separate screened alfresco areas and manicured gardens.
The home's first open last weekend attracted "good interest" and it is open for inspection again on Saturday at 11.15am.
