Acoya will be be built on the former car park site at 35-37 Llewellyn Street and will feature 12 three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
The Diverse Property Constructions development is positioned opposite the Llewellyn Street shops and Drift Diner and has Development Application approval.
Apartment prices start from $1.48 million. Construction has not yet begun but completion is scheduled for the end of next year.
