The three-bedroom house at 43 Hamilton Street is being marketed by Street Property's Damon Sellis with a guide of $750,000 to $790,000. It is set for auction on August 10.
"It's such a popular spot," Mr Sellis said. "We just sold a three-bedroom townhouse in the same suburb for $720,000, so $750,000 to $790,000 is exceptional value for that property.
"It's a lovely little pocket there - good street, beautiful homes, lovely owners and families. Interest has come from young families or young couples wanting to have a family in a great suburb close to town and still be closely connected to the city. Hamilton North is still exceptional value."

Affordability in Hamilton South
First National Newcastle City agent Thomas Hook has described a period cottage he is marketing as a "very affordable entry point into Hamilton South".
The renovated three-bedroom house with a pool at 15 Park Street is set for auction on August 24 with a guide of $920,000. Mr Hook reported 15 groups through the home in its first week on the market and it is open on Saturday at 11.30am.
"It is a classic cottage in Hamilton South and in a good street, which runs off Learmonth Park," he said. "There are only 25 houses in that street. Anything under that $1 million mark, if it's renovated, always pulls a pretty good crowd."
