It will comprise over 6000 square metres of commercial and retail space with a portion of residential and offers views from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains.
Macquarie Tower will have a complete suite of end-of-trip facilities, such as showers and change facilities with towel service, secure bike storage and repair stations, car share facility and wellness initiatives.
Plans for the ground floor retail include a cafe with adjoining external leisure and seating area. On site will also be a childcare facility with secure parking and building manager.
GWH are marketing the commercial, retail and childcare components within Macquarie Tower for lease.
GWH managing director Jonathan Craig said they had identified that tenants looking for modern commercial spaces in Lake Macquarie "did not have an option that included the level of sophistication that modern state-of-the-art buildings in our capital cities offer".
"Macquarie Tower incorporates end-of-trip facilities, building services and integrated partnerships with retail, food and beverage and childcare unlike any other in the greater Newcastle region," Mr Craig said.
A Development Application for Macquarie Tower at 4 Dudley Road has been submitted to Lake Macquarie City Council.

TEA GARDENS SITE WITH DA APPROVAL
Commercial Collective, in conjunction with Ray White Tea Gardens, are selling a building with Development Application approval for a three-bedroom residence to be built above.
The property at 166 Myall Street in Tea Gardens is being sold through expressions of interest closing October 31. It has a total site area of around 307 square metres, is currently returning approximately $26,374.55 net per annum and is located within the Central Business District of the riverside holiday town.
Commercial Collective's Matt Kearney said offers were expected in the high $300,000s to low $400,000s.
"It's a good super fund asset, it would be good for an investor, or someone who might want to take advantage of the DA and construct the residence over the top and use that or rent that out as holiday accommodation," Mr Kearney said.
"It's a pretty popular spot and a nice lifestyle spot with the bonus of an income downstairs."
