On Tuesday our valued subscribers had difficulty accessing Today's Paper, our digital replica of the print newspaper. This was an issue we experienced right across Australian Community Media websites. It was caused by a technical problem with the internet that was beyond our control. Regardless, we feel like we let you down.
We know how popular the digital edition is with our loyal readers and we understand how frustrating it is when it is not available. Our technicians did everything they could to get it back online but the issue was outside the ACM network.
Because we know how much you love the digital edition we recently updated the software that powers Today's Paper to make your reading experience quicker and easier. We also moved its publication time to 4am daily so that it is available to all subscribers, regardless of their schedule or morning routine. Soon we will launch an option for you to have Today's Paper delivered to your inbox every morning.
We are striving to ensure that you get a great experience every time you read Today's Paper or access one of our websites. That didn't happen on Tuesday and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your subscription. It really does mean a lot to us that you value and support what we do.
