The title showdown was decided after Wednesday's play-off saw second-placed Waratah-Mayfield defeat third-placed Wests by seven wickets at Waratah Oval.
Skye Lovett scored an unbeaten 41 as the hosts chased down the Rosellas' total of 3-65 in 8.3 overs.
Cassandra McLaren opened the bowling for Waratah and took 2-10 from her four overs.
Wests all-rounder Natalie Cowen finished with figures of 2-17 after making 13. Montanna Sharpe (20 not out) top scored for the Rosellas.
Traditional semi-finals were replaced by the one-off fixture after Hamilton-Wickham went through the three round games without a win.
