A MAN will face court on Monday after alleged sexual offences near Newcastle Ocean Baths.

Newcastle police were called to the baths on Shortland Esplanade about 3pm on Sunday after reports a man allegedly exposed himself to a group of boys in the change room area.
The man left a short time later and security at the baths contacted police.
Newcastle City Police District began investigation, arresting a 22-year-old man.
He was taken to Newcastle Police Station and charged with two counts of intentionally do sexual act with child between 10 and 16, carry out sexual act with another without consent and willful and obscene exposure.
He was refused bail to face Newcastle Local Court.
