Movable's Patrick Collins has marketed the four-bedroom house on a leafy block 879 square metres in size at 119 Rae Crescent and reported it had generated plenty of interest with the first open home one of the busiest of his real estate career.
There were 87 parties through the first inspection and almost 300 enquiries during a four-week campaign with 29 contracts issued. Bromley Park goes to auction at 10am with bidding expected to start around $1 million.

A three-bedroom brick home at 41 Algona Charlestown goes under the hammer with a guide of $620,000 at midday. There have been 66 groups through a two-bedroom cottage at 7 Hargrave Street in Carrington that auctions at 1.30pm with a guide of $725,000.
A unique residence that was once a community church hall in Millfield auctions at 3.30pm. The restored property at 42 Wollombi Road has a guide of $750,000.
On Sunday at 10.30am, Belle will take a three-bedroom home with a pool and stunning lake views to auction at 25 Beryl Street, Warners Bay with a guide of $1.3 million.
Bidding is expected to start around $1.2 million and LJ Hooker Warners Bay's Cameron Stevenson anticipated "a bit of a show" when a five-bedroom house at 3 Bambara Close, Lambton auctions on Saturday at 10am.
Ray White Newcastle and Lake Macquarie will take a five-bedroom house at 4 South Street, Adamstown to auction on Saturday at 10.30am with a guide of $1.3 million.
On April 24, there were nine registered bidders for the auction of a two-bedroom house at 168 Corlette Street in The Junction. It was marketed by Robinson Property's Mike Flook with a guide of $1.35 million and sold under the hammer for $1.67 million.
Spirited bidding was reported for 42 Haynes Avenue, Eleebana, which was marketed by Belle Property with a guide of $550,000 and sold at auction for $650,000.
