The girlfriend of a man allegedly responsible for a fatal crash that killed two siblings is not allowed to take control of a vehicle after being hit with a string of unrelated driving offences.

Tiana Savignano appeared at Liverpool Local Court on Tuesday where she had her bail conditions tightened.
The 22-year-old will not be allowed to sit in the driver's seat of a vehicle after police prosecutors applied for the added condition and her lawyer Layal Zbib agreed.
Savignano's partner Johnson Kokozian, 20, was allegedly behind the wheel of a speeding Mercedes SUV that smashed head-on into a car containing siblings Alina Kauffman, 24, and Ernesto Salazar, 15, in southwest Sydney earlier this month.
Both siblings were killed in the Heckenberg crash.
Savignano was initially arrested and charged with concealing information and hindering the investigation into the crash after turning up at court to support her boyfriend.
Police allege that she, Kokozian and his father discussed a cover story and made false reports to investigators.
The Cecil Park woman has also been slapped with 31 driving offences unrelated to the deadly crash, including speeding, drink driving, using a mobile phone while driving and having an unrestrained child in a car.
On one occasion, Savignano, who had been suspended from her provisional licence, allegedly drove under the influence of alcohol through southwest Sydney while using her mobile phone.
At another time, she is accused of driving with a child on her lap while again using her mobile phone.
She will next appear for these matters at Liverpool Local Court on October 9, when a plea will be entered.
Savignano has also been hit with a separate charge of illegally filming part of Kokozian's bail hearing at Parramatta Local Court on September 3.
She will enter a plea to this offence at that same courthouse on October 10.
Kokozian's friend Cruz Pamoana Davis-Tuka has also been charged with helping conceal the crash by making false or misleading statements to police.
The 21-year-old appeared at Liverpool Local Court on Tuesday, when his lawyer Elie Srour successfully applied to vary his bail conditions.
Currently under house arrest, the Liverpool man will be allowed to leave to work with his sister at a food manufacturing firm in Moorebank five days a week.
Both Davis-Tuka and Savignano will appear at Campbelltown Local Court on November 1, when they will receive the prosecution's brief for charges relating to their alleged concealment of the Heckenberg crash.
Kokozian has been charged with aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death due to the alleged excessive speed.
Police allege he fled the scene after crashing the Mercedes-Benz AMG while travelling at nearly double the speed limit for the 50km/h zone.
