WikiLeaks may be facing intense cyber attacks while its Australian founder Julian Assange languishes in jail, but internet denizens have found time to laugh about the activist website's release of secret information.

Away from the weighty discussions about free speech, national security and who controls the internet, supporters and critics of WikiLeaks and Mr Assange have created various spoof videos, songs and fan sites and even a fake diplomatic cable based on a Rick Astley song.
Leading the charge is a Taiwanese animated video of 39-year-old Assange, which depicts him being thrown out of a plane labelled Amazon and PayPal after US officials are buried under stacks of paper representing the ongoing diplomatic cable leaks. The video has garnered more than 200,000 YouTube views after less than one week.
Another video, based on the trailer of The Social Network, about the founders of the social-networking website, Facebook, renames the movie "The Social Leak" and uses the Radiohead song Creep as its score.
The WikiLeaks' samba video, by a group calling themselves Sonic Disobedience, reflects the uncertainty of WikiLeaks' and Mr Assange's future with the chorus "What's next, Wikileaks?", sung while the sound of water dripping echoes in the background.
In a viral game by website jeuxjeuxjeux.fr, players take on the role of Assange as he hides under the Resolute desk in the White House's Oval Office, trying to download files from US President Barack Obama's laptop with a thumb drive while he snoozes in his chair.
Even WikiLeaks' leaked diplomatic cables are not spared, with a fake cable from "US Consul General Robbie Honerkamp" in London about the "reliability and longevity of UK-US relationship confirmed" nicking lyrics from the 1987 Rick Astley song Never Gonna Give You Up.
US comedians on the program Saturday Night Live have also wasted no time in parodying the sometimes gossipy nature of the leaked cables, labelling Mr Assange the head of "WikiLeaks: TMZ", a play on US celebrity gossip site TMZ.
Mr Assange is also the subject of adoration from fan club "The Julian Assange Fanciers Guild". His supporters have posted various photos of the 39-year-old Australian on the tumblr blog site, including his super-imposed head on the cover of Astley's first album Whenever You Need Somebody, and on a poster for V for Vendetta, the film adaptation of a graphic novel about a violent anarchist.
And unsurprisingly, a WikiLeaks' version of Downfall has been created, with a furious Hitler berating his generals for not shutting down all the WikiLeaks' servers.
