Sangha, who turned 19 earlier this month, will travel with the Blues to Perth on Sunday ahead of their JLT Cup season opener against Western Australia at the WACA on Tuesday.
The Australian under-19 captain was one of three uncapped players unveiled on Thursday morning. Jack Edwards and Daniel Sams are the others.
It follows a 10-day training camp in Brisbane, which ended on Monday.
“I think we’ve got every angle covered,” Blues coach Phil Jacques told Cricket NSW media.
“We’ve picked some really intelligent players. It’s a slightly different looking squad to what we’ve had in previous years.
“It’s a really good mix of young and old and there are opportunities for some young guys to stake their claim.”
NSW back up two days later (September 20) against South Australia at the same venue. The Blues then return home to face both Victoria (September 23) and Tasmania (September 25) at North Sydney Oval.
Cricket NSW held their official season launch at Centennial Park on Tuesday night.
