Robinson Property's Lyndall Allan is selling neighbouring homes at 27 and 29 Hebburn Street. They are among three identical homes built circa 1930.
"This is my 20th year selling real estate and it is the first time ever I've had two homes side by side with different owners, so it is very unique," Ms Allan said.
"They were both built in 1930 and they both retain some incredible original features."
No.29 is a renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with a guide of $1.35 million to $1.45 million and is open for inspection on Saturday at 10.30am. It is positioned on a level block 564 square metres in size and has high ceilings, picture and plate rails, fretwork, timber floors and open plan living.
No.27 has a guide of $1.095 million to $1.165 million and is open on Saturday at 11am. It has been in the same ownership for 32 years, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a freestanding retreat at the rear.
Ms Allan reported over 60 groups through both properties in the first four days of them hitting the market.

Developers Melissa and Tony Calder-Mason paid $1.8 million in 2017 for the large block which housed a home built in the 1800s and was owned by the Gow family for four generations. The home has been relocated to Greystone Estate in the Hunter Valley where it has been restored and renovated to be used as tourist accommodation "Gow House".
