Street Property's Damon Sellis described the $810,000 auction sale last weekend of a renovated home at 43 Hamilton Street in Hamilton North marketed with a guide of $750,000 to $790,000 as "a good result for the area". It was the highest price paid for a home in Hamilton North this year, according to Australian Property Monitors data.
