A MAN will face court after allegedly threatening to set a business on fire overnight.

About 9.30pm on Tuesday a 66-year-old man was ejected from a licensed premises on the Central Coast Highway, West Gosford, due to intoxication.
Police said the man later returned to the venue with flammable liquid and threatened to set the building alight. Security intervened and the man was escorted from the premises.
Police from Brisbane Water Police District arrived a short time later and arrested the man. He was taken to Gosford Police Station before being transferred to Gosford Hospital for treatment.
He's since been released and charged with armed with intent to commit indictable offence, common assault and destroy/damage property with intent to injure.
The East Gosford man was refused bail to face Gosford Local Court on Wednesday.
