First National Newcastle City are marketing the updated three-bedroom Victorian terrace at 45 Railway Street in Cooks Hill with a guide of $730,000 to $780,000. The property is located within one block of Darby Street and is set for an on-site auction at midday.
First National will also take a three-bedroom Hamilton home on the market for the first time in over 33 years to auction on site Saturday at 10.30am.
