Robinson Property's Tony Reville is marketing the transformed residence at 32 The Quarter Deck.
The property went live online Wednesday morning and Mr Reville reported strong early interest.
"It is a real lifestyle home and I think it will be very popular," Mr Reville said.
"The Quarter Deck is one of the best streets up there where homes are tightly held. And this one is also on a big, dead level block."

One home that did prove popular last weekend was what agent Ryan Nichols described as "a complete renovator" in Mayfield.
The PRDnationwide Newcastle and Lake Macquarie agent is marketing the 1920s home at 9 Windeyer Street with a guide of $450,000 to $495,000 and reported the property had generated "a bit of a frenzy" since hitting the market with 62 groups attending the first open last weekend. It is set for auction on February 5 and open again Saturday at midday.
Lane Campos have listed two Mayfield properties agent Roland Campos said has also generated interest.
One is a three-bedroom home with a pool and rear-lane access to a double lock-up garage at 26 Sunderland Street with a guide of $740,000 to $790,000. It is open at 12.15pm Saturday.
They also have a renovated three-bedroom house at 97 Macquarie Street with a guide of $550,000 to $600,000 that is open at 11.15am Saturday.
"Sunderland is one for those looking for the big yard or bigger home," Mr Campos said.
"Macquarie Street is perfect for first home buyers, especially if they want something that's complete."
Listings over $1 million
First National Altitude have listed a lifestyle property at 24 Cockburns Lane in Cardiff Heights with a price guide of $1.9 million to $2 million. It features a five-bedroom home, in-ground pool, spa and pool house on around two acres of land.
A three-bedroom harbourfront apartment at 201/3A Honeysuckle Drive in The Boardwalk is being sold by Robinson Property for $1.445 million.
A price guide of $1.98 million has been set by McGrath Newcastle City for renovated 1900s home The Grange at 77 Queens Road in New Lambton. It is positioned on a block of around 1200 square metres.
Also in New Lambton, Harcourts Newcastle have put a guide of $1.65 million to $1.8 million on 'The White House' at 9 Ridge Lane.
Listings $500,000 to $1 million
Mark Dowling Real Estate have a classic, three-bedroom Federation home on the market at 5 Frith Street in Mayfield with a guide of $629,000 to $649,000.
Street Property are selling a brand new four-bedroom double-storey home at 93 Cockburn Lane in Lambton for $790,000 to $860,000.
A three-bedroom home at 24 Woodward Street in Merewether is being sold through Dalton Partners with a guide of $880,000 to $940,000.
Listings under $500,000
PRD have a three-bedroom home at 14 Alwinton Street in Maryland on the market for $425,000.
Stone Real Estate have a two-bedroom townhouse for sale at 1/4 Robb Street in Belmont for $499,000 to $535,000.
