The home of former Jets goalkeeper Glen Moss at 19 Kirkdale Drive in Kotara South was sold by First National Newcastle City's George Rafty the day before its first scheduled open house. The sale pipped the previous highest mark of $1.18 million, set in 2018 according to Australian Property Monitors data.

The two-storey brick house at 19 Kirkdale Drive backed onto Raspberry Gully Reserve and had four bedrooms, two bathrooms, outdoor entertaining and an in-ground pool.

PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie sold a two-bedroom townhouse at 3/175 Kings Road in New Lambton for $515,000.

A one-bedroom apartment in Lume at 501/21 Honeysuckle Drive in Newcastle was sold by Street Property for $586,000.
