HunterNet Group Training Company will continue to be led by Nick Couper, while Boris Novak will take on the newly-created role of general manager of HunterNet Cooperative.
The appointments came after a board discussion and special meeting with the HunterNet team this week. The organisation will soon begin its search for a new CEO.
"Tony's dedication, determination and commitment to HunterNet was extraordinary and the positive outcomes that he had created will be embedded in our organisation," HunterNet chair Steve Tolley said.
"The time has now come to consider an appropriate leadership structure to continue the great work underway and build on Tony's successes as CEO."
