Port Stephens MP Kate Washington posted on Twitter a screenshot of a message from the Department of Education, saying its 'zoom is down and they are working to have this rectified as soon as possible'.
Similarly, St James Primary School at Muswellbrook used its Facebook page to tell families that 'there is a state-wide ZOOM outage through our internet supplier - CENET' and that all Zoom meetings were suspended until further notice.
The school said shortly before 11am that it had regained access to Zoom and its scheduled 11am, 12noon and 12.40pm meetings would go ahead as planned.
