First approved in 2019, Bowline apartments is being developed by Sydney's Multipart Property and will be located at the former site of McCarroll's Automotive Group near Newcastle Interchange.
Construction of the 97-residence, 14-storey apartment block is expected to finish in early 2024.
Nearly $60 million worth of apartments have already been sold, including a $1.5 million three-bedroom penthouse.
Twenty apartments are still up for sale.
"We only have a few floor plan options still available, but there are some great options facing all directions and configurations to suit most buyers," PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie's Ryan Houston said.
"[Bowline] will definitely have that wow factor.
"There is so much development in Newcastle right now and it's great to be involved with a project that looks and feels a bit more luxurious."
The apartment block features one, two and three-bedroom residences with a communal garden and barbecue space on level four.
