Risk: A NSW Upper House inquiry has heard that research is needed to examine the risk of crash for medicinal cannabis patients who regularly use a prescribed medication.

The NSW government was slammed at a parliamentary inquiry on Thursday for directly linking the main compound in cannabis to road fatalities.
