Agent George Rafty said he had sold the tri-level home at 10 Bar Beach Avenue for $4.1million to a local businessman.
According to RP Data, the sale was a suburb record, he said.
The architectually-designed house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and panoramic views of Bar Beach. It also features a large family room at the rear of the property that overlooks a heated plunge pool and spa.
Mr Rafty also confirmed that he had sold No.10’s neighbour, 12-14 Bar Beach Avenue, for an undisclosed price. But, it is believed the house sold for more than $3 million.
The double-storey, which also has great views of Bar Beach, will be re-developed.
Continuing up the avenue, Mr Rafty has confirmed that 8 Bar Beach Avenue, previously owned by well-know builder Kim Griffiths and his wife, Vicki, will come to the market this week.
