Justin Fuller, 32, is accused of allegedly using two knives to stab 50-year-old Guy Hamilton McCulloch as Mr McCulloch sat in a four-wheel-drive in Beach Street - a usually quiet Belmont South neighbourhood - in the middle of the afternoon on December 19.

Mr Fuller, who is in custody, did not appear in the court on Wednesday when the matter was mentioned.
He did not apply for bail and it was formally refused.
Mr Fuller's solicitor Iain Bruce agreed on a March 13 date for his next appearance in court, via audio visual link.
