Brilliant fullback Kalyn Ponga scored a sealing individual try to seal the Newcastle Knights a torrid 22-10 win over Canterbury at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday.
The Knights led 16-0 and then held off a late surge from the Bulldogs to make it three wins in a row for the first time in two years.

RECENT arrival Kent Harrison scored a double as Hamilton Olympic ran riot against Maitland winning 4-0 at Darling Street Oval on Saturday.
Playing his second league match since joining Olympic from the Jets youth, Harrison opened the home side's account in the 14th minute and added a second in the 52nd.

Tiueti Asi and Hamish McKie each crossed for doubles as premiers Hamilton bounced back to form with a resounding 42-19 win over Nelson Bay at Strong Oval.
The Hawks led 22-0 at half-time. The Bay, sparked by Chad Northcott, hit back to close the gap to 25-19 with 15 minutes remaining. The Gropers then lost Nathan Oliver to the sinbin and the Hawks make the most of the extra man to cruise to victory.
