High pressure is back and light winds for next couple of days. A long period swell and conditions getting fuller during the mornings high tides which are increasing. Most beaches have some okay waves.

Swell from the south-southeast at 1 to 1.5m. Wind light and variable tending south-east to east.
The reefs are handling conditions best for the early so try Flatrock, Cowrie, Bar Reef and Merewether. As tide runs out, Alley, South Bar and Dixon. Dudley, Redhead and Catho to the south.One Mile and Birubi up at Port Stephens.
Erosion at Merewether and water clean and clear in. Slight sweeps on the low tide and swim at patrolled beaches. Water temperature 20C.
