The Newcastle West venue also announced the Bluesfest sideshows from Jamaican reggae legends The Wailers and US rockers Eagles Of Death Metal on April 15 and 16 would be postponed.
It's hoped the shows will be rescheduled at a later date.
The international cancellations were expected after the Federal Government introduced a 14-day self-isolation period for all people arriving in Australia.
However, as of Monday Sammy J's Friday show and Kingswood's concert on Saturday were expected to go ahead at a reduced capacity.
On Monday the Cambridge announced all shows would be capped at 500 - 300 less than capacity - to comply with the government's edict on advising against non-essential gatherings.
All 16 remaining dates of Kingswood's national Juveniles album tour have been cancelled with full refunds for patrons.
In a statement the Melbourne band said: "It is with heavy hearts we announce the cancellation of the Juveniles album tour. Taking care of the community is paramount and this takes precedence in such volatile times."
Brisbane art-pop artist Hallie has also postponed all her national tour dates, including Sunday's gig at the Cambridge, to support her latest single Sympathy.
