Robinson Property's Mike Flook launched a luxurious seven-bedroom, six-bathroom trophy home with stunning water views at 10 Ocean Street on September 10. The sold sticker was seen up the following day.
When contacted, Mr Flook confirmed the sale but did not disclose the price, which the Newcastle Herald believes to be over $6 million. If the rumours are true, it would be a new suburb record for Merewether.
