A fast sale is believed to have set in a new suburb record for Merewether and the second-highest result for the Newcastle property market.
Robinson Property's Mike Flook launched a luxurious seven-bedroom, six-bathroom trophy home with stunning water views at 10 Ocean Street on September 10. The sold sticker was seen up the following day.

Mr Flook also sold a renovated townhouse at 2/47 Ridge Street in Merewether for $1.23 million and a large contemporary home at 116A Ridge Street for $2.4 million.
