The elusive player has won the Lucky Lotteries Super Jackpot's $4.6 million prize from Tuesday's draw.
The type of ticket meant officials were unable to contact the winner directly, instead having to wait until they realised and came forward to clinch their windfall.
The winner has elected to remain entirely anonymous and celebrate the life-changing sum in private.
Lambton Nextra in Elder Street sold the ticket.
Owner Trish Firth said she was ecstatic the winner had found the ticket.
I am sure it has made for a great end to the week," she said.
We would like to wish our winner all the very best and hope they enjoy their prize. This year has been tough for anyone, so I hope it makes things a little easier for our winner.
This is the biggest prize weve sold, so we are so thrilled.
