First National's Tom Lemke has marketed a three-bedroom home that has been in the same ownership for the past 67 years at 32 Avon Street in Mayfield with a guide of $650,000 to $680,000. It goes under the hammer at 11.15am on Saturday.
Last weekend, there were 10 registered bidders for a three-bedroom weatherboard home at 10 O'Mara Street in Mayfield East which was marketed by First National's Mathew Iuliano with a guide of $550,000 to $600,000 and sold under the hammer for $669,000.

A house with a granny flat at 7 McLeod Street in Wallsend ($612,500) and a four-bedroom home at 6 Grovelake Close, Eleebana ($770,000) marketed by Belle Property Lake Macquarie both sold at auction last weekend.
Raine & Horne Newcastle expect several registrations for what agent Patrick Collins describes as "one of the most unique opportunities in Cooks Hill on the market". He and Jason Maxwell have marketed 44 Corlette Street, which comprises two freestanding homes on two separate lots. It is a NSW Trustee & Guardian sale. The auction is Saturday at midday. A guide has not been disclosed.
