Anna Bay Public School remains closed, after it was non-operational on Tuesday.
Hillsborough, Shortland, Eleebana, Tea Gardens and Windale public schools, as well as as well as Hunter Sports High and Stanford Merthyr Infants School have reopened.
St Patrick's Primary School at Cessnock also reopened today.
