MJH Group's $2.5 million project replaces the former MyChoice Design Studio, also located in Thornton's Huntingdale Drive, which is set to be transformed into an office space.
The new 1009 square metre, two-storey building is designed to be a one-stop shop for home styling selection.
The studio showcases a full range of building options including blinds, flooring, brickwork, paint colours, cupboards and more.
"Customers undertake a style quiz which then allows our team of qualified interior designers to guide clients with their selections using their chosen style," MyChoice general manager Jennie Pricehorn said.
"The studio features six different styles and within each of those styles we have four sub-styles providing plenty of diversity for our customers.
"This experience is all done under one roof which removes the hassle of visiting multiple sites, as is the experience with other builders."
The studio at 9A Huntingdale Drive will be officially opened to existing customers at 10am on December 4.
It will open to the general public via a registration process the following day.
McDonald Jones and Mojo Homes chief executive Cameron Lade said customers who had been given a sneak peek of the studio had been "blown away" by the experience.
