A man has been charged with more than 40 offences after police seized a rgel blaster, a baton and drugs from a Hamilton home on Thursday.

Officers from the Police Transport Command and Operation Utah executed the search warrant at a house on Dumaresq Street about 6.30am in relation to an ongoing fraud investigation.
The officers seized a replica pistol, ammunition, an extendable baton, two motorcycles believed to be stolen, cash, methylamphetamine, ecstasy and cannabis. Officers also claim to have found false documentation and drivers' licenses.
Spiro Mikelatos, 34, was arrested at the scene and taken to Newcastle City Police Station, where he was charged with 42 offences including obtain benefit by deception, possess identity info to commit indictable offence, goods in custody, possess unauthorised firearm and possess prohibited weapon without permit.
He was refused bail in Newcastle Local Court on Friday, to face court again on April 7.
