AFTER beginning its journey in 1996 as a wholesaler of cakes and desserts across Newcastle, Snows Patisserie has expanded to wholesale operations across the state and opened four cafes in the Hunter Region.
Opening in 1998, the Junction outlet was the first and flagship store. Following the success of the store, three more outlets have since opened at Charlestown Square, Westfield Kotara and, most recently, Marketown East.
Husband and wife team Jason Cox and Renata Carias say they are always concerned about the quality of ingredients and the way the products are made. Reflecting this, everything sold at Snows is baked and made from scratch on the premises. Here is just a selection of Snows Patisserie menu, see its blackboard for daily specials.
