A MAN is being flown to hospital after falling off a bull on a family property at Jerrys Plains.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service spokesman said the 24-year-old was being flown to the John Hunter Hospital shortly after midday on Saturday.
“The patient was riding a bull on the family property when he was dislodged falling to the ground and the bull has then stood on his chest,” the spokesman said.
The man suffered broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
He was in a stable condition.
