HUNTER businesswoman Janelle Gerrard has founded new business Stand Out Brand to help SMEs better position themselves in the digital age.
Ms Gerrard, the co-founder of micro business networking organisation Lone Rangers as well as the editor of The Networker business diary, says she is on a “crusade” against what she sees as increasing scourge of bland and mediocre branding.
Ms Gerrard said her new firm will help create and maintain a “rock star” brand that is authentic and works to support the objectives of a business or organisation.
She brings with her three decades of experience working in branding, design, advertising and marketing for some of Australia’s largest agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather and Young & Rubicam.
