The Jets striker and former Matilda amassed 48 goals in 21 outings for the Eagles, including fittingly scoring an extra-time winner to seal New Lambton's 4-3 win over Merewether in the grand final at Weston last month.
The 25-year-old collected the top gong at Northern NSW Football's awards night at Newcastle Exhibition and Convention Centre ahead of Tara Pender (Warners Bay), Ashlee Brodigan (South Wallsend), Rhali Dobson (Merewether) and Cassidy Davis (Warners Bay).
Andrews and Jets teammate Jenna Kingsley, who plays for Warners Bay in WPL, shared the leading goalscorer honour with both netting 42 times in the season proper.
New Lambton's Imogene Tomasone was named goalkeeper of the year in what was a season to remember for the Eagles. They were minor premiers, grand final winners and club champions.
New Lambton and Adamstown shared the honours for the WPL fair play award and Rosebud were named club of the year.
Outgoing Merewether mentor Cassandra Koppen earned WPL coach of the year. In five seasons at the helm, Koppen led United to four grand final appearances and three championships.
Andrews turned her focus this week to the upcoming W-League season. The Jets open their 2019-20 campaign against Melbourne City in Newcastle on November 17.
"It was a good year with New Lambton and I've got a lot of confidence, so hopefully I can take that into W-League," Andrews said.
"I'm hoping I can stay injury free and be consistent and play a really important part for the Jets this year."
