Hunter Valley police arrested a 26-year-old at a Buchan Avenue address, seizing a motorcycle.
Police allege the motorcycle was stolen some time between 12am and 5am on Wednesday during an aggravated break and enter.
The man was charged with several driving offences and granted conditional bail to face court on Feburary 27.
A subsequent search of the same property on Thursday led police to seize another three bikes, cash, cannabis, a firearm and a gel blaster.
The additional three bikes are also believed to be stolen, police said.
"Inquiries are continuing with further charges expected to be laid," police said in a statement.
