BEACH WATCH
Cool onshore winds set to continue but not as strong due to the high pressure system situated over the coast. Conditions to remain choppy and lumpy with the banks not changing too much. Swell from the south to S/E at 1.5 to 2m. Wind moderate S/W to S/E by the afternoon. Tides going low for the early and lighter wind should see some cleaner waves off Merewether, Dixon and Nobbys. Cowrie and Flatrock on afternoon high. Burwood, Dudley and Catho to the south. Up at Port Stephens try One Mile and Seals Rocks to the north. Sweeps on the lower tides and southern corners have sanded up. Water temperature 16 degrees. - Dave Anderson
