Greater Bank chairman Wayne Russell said he was delighted to welcome three highly credentialed directors to the board who collectively bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in the banking and financial service industry.
"The new directors join us in what is a very important period for the business, as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, as well as continue with the digital transformation of the business that will provide a critical strategic platform for the future of our organisation," Mr Russell said.
"Each of these women bring extensive skills and experience across the banking, financial services and not-for-profit sectors and we look forward to working with them to continue to provide customers with outstanding service and quality products."
Queensland-based Ms Macfarlane brings more than 25 years' experience in executive and board positions across the wealth management, banking and not-for-profit sectors highlighted by strong strategic, commercial and people leadership. Until recently she was the General Manager, Corporate Responsibility and Corporate Affairs Strategy at Commonwealth Bank.
Melbourne-based Ms Robson is the founder of Affinity Private Advisers and has more than 20 years' experience as a financial planner, including with Macquarie Bank and NAB.
Ms Vinci brings extensive corporate and commercial experience in senior executive roles across global business operations, risk management, digital, data and technology. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at GenVis Pty Limited.
The new appointees join the Greater Bank Board: Mr Russell, deputy chair Jayne Drinkwater and non-executive directors, Russell Ware, Malcolm McDonald and Roger Cracknell.
