The Blues defeated Souths 3-0 in Thursday night's semi-final replay at Newcastle International Hockey Centre and will now meet Gosford in the 2020 decider.
Walker scored twice while skipper Theo Gruschka also found the back of the net.
Norths coach Dave Willott said there was a "big crowd and great atmsophere" as the rival clubs met for the second time in the space of five days.
Sunday's original semi-final between the same teams ended in controversial circumstances. Scores were locked at 3-all midway through extra time when the match was called off incorrectly with Souths reduced to only six players. Both clubs lodged appeals this week.
The Blues now have less than 72 hours before taking on minor premiers and three-time defending champions Gosford at NIHC on Sunday (3pm).
This will be the sixth consecutive decider between Norths and the Magpies.
