"The feedback from residents and families was positive across all standards but most specifically praised the care and services they received from staff in such a friendly and individualised way," Anglican Care's marketing and support manager Kylie Jacques said.
"We couldn't have asked for better responses from our residents as well as the assessors who could not speak highly enough of the staff, their knowledge, skills, friendliness, support and care."
Anglican Care's leisure and lifestyle programs were described as "innovative and creative" while its hospitality services received a mention for overall satisfaction.
The accreditation process was established by the federal government to ensure aged care facilities provide quality care.
Anglican Care offers aged care services in the Hunter, Central Coast and Manning regions.
