It's yet another world title for the prolific pair.
The 49-er class gold medallists from the London Olympics led the week-long regatta going into the medal race, and scored a comfortable win in that finale.
The victory means they qualify for the 2015 ISAF World Cup final in Abu Dhabi.
"This is a great way to finish off the year and it's awesome to qualify for Abu Dhabi," Outteridge told the Newcastle Herald.
Jensen said it was satisfying to beat several international rivals in such a high quality regatta.
"It was a small fleet but a very strong fleet and we are excited coming away with a win here."
