They will take to the stage at the end of November in the 29th annual Schools Spectacular.
Hunter School of Performing Arts year 12 student Jacob Small has been given the distinction of being the first actor ever to have a speaking part in the performing arts night.
Singing on stage is Lake Macquarie High year 9 student Jamie Razon, Hunter School of Performing Arts year 10 student Sophie Curtis and Hunter School of Performing Arts graduate Daniel Gordon.
The four will spend the next six weeks in intensive rehearsals before the curtain rises on November 23 and 24.
The Schools Spectacular includes more than 3600 students, 600 teachers and 400 schools from all regions of NSW.
Students will perform to more than 30,000 people across four performances.
