“Eagle Boys Lake Haven would like to thank the local community and their team members’ dedication and ongoing support over the past years,” the company said in a statement.
Administrators SV Partners have been appointed to assume control of operations in the Eagle Boys’ head office.
The focus would remain on “maintaining business as usual and continuing with negotiations for a sale of the business” the company said.
The administrators are pleased to advise they have received enquiries from a number of interested parties since their appointment on Thursday, July 14, and are hopeful of a swift sale.
“The Eagle Boys management team is looking forward to the prospect of growing the brand under new ownership and would like to thank Eagle Boys customers, franchisees and team members for their ongoing support during this time,” the statement said.
