Fans have been waiting for the punk rockers to set a date for their much anticipated reunion show. News of the gig came this week when they announced they would take to the stage at The Stag and Hunter Hotel, Mayfield, on October 8.
They will be joined by The Autumn Hearts and Flight to Dubai.
Formed in the early 80’s and with Paul Harris on vocals, Gionni Di Gravio on guitar, David Brett on bass and a 14-year-old Donny Annecchini on drums, The Mansons gigged their original material at the hotspots of the day – The Grand Hotel, Norths Leagues Club and The Castle (now the King Street Hotel).
The Mansons released one 45 single on the label Angelwood. The recording had two A-sides featuring the songs What is her name? and I died four times (but I don’t want to talk about it).
The show starts at 7.30pm and entry is free
