NEWCASTLE Jets coach Branko Culina has vowed to be "Boring Branko" after Football Federation Australia yesterday slugged with a $3000 fine.

The governing body judged the veteran boss had brought the game into disrepute by comments he made after the Jets 1-0 loss to Wellington on Sunday.
When asked if his ninth-placed outfit were capable of making the play-offs, said: "We're only a finals team because all the teams around us are pretty shit as well."
The Jets were issued a breach notice and after making a submission Culina was found guilty.
"I won't be giving yes or no answers but I will be very boring," Culina said.
"I can't afford the fines and the club does not need these sort of issues either."
