The biennial art show is held to “demonstrate their creative thinking skills”.
The works on display will link to other subject areas to generate ideas, and aim to create discussion among the students.
“Students have been innovative and creative in what they have produced,” teacher Trish McNeil said.
“The calibre and diversity of work from students ranging from Kindergarten to Year 6 is outstanding.”
It’s on November 30, between 5.30-6.30pm, at Belair Public School.
Convergence
A NEW exhibition of works by Giselle Penn, Susan Ryman and Prue Sailer will open at Gallery 139 on November 30.
In Convergence the art practices of three Hunter based artists are connected through shared approaches to texture, colour and close observance of the natural and manufactured world.
It runs until December 10.
