Jess: 4 years, terrier X
Meet Jess, a beautiful adorable and loyal four-year-old terrier mix.
Jess is a loveable and well-trained girl who loves nothing more than to sit by your side. She loves going for a walk, running at the park and playing tug-o-war with her current sister, although she is more than happy to just be around people.
Being a mature dog, Jess already knows all the basic commands like sit, stay, lay, come and to wait for her food. She is also toilet trained. Jess gets very excited when told she is going for a walk and cannot wait to get out the gate, however due to this excitement she pulls a little on the lead so a harness is recommended along with some extra training.
Jess sleeps inside and is inside when humans are home. She loves to stay close by but while humans are out and about she is outside. Jess is a very active dog, therefore will suit an active couple, family or single person with a large yard to run around in especially while you are not at home and daily walks or runs at the park.
She prefers dogs her own size and isn't particularly fond of small dogs or young children so kids over 12 are well suited.

Moose: 10 months mastiff X labrador
Say hello to handsome Moose! If you are looking for a high energy, people loving pooch, ready for his forever family then this 10 month old, mastiff-cross-labrador may be just who you are looking for.
Moose is ready for action with his family whatever it may be, he is great with older kids and he loves going out in the car.
He is always ready to rumble with other similar sized, large, calm dogs. He is currently an outside dog, but could easily be house-trained, as he is a very smart dude.
Dog Rescue Newcastle will require secure fencing for Moose, but he is not one to jump, so extra high fencing is not needed.
For more information or to meet Moose, visit www.petrescue.com.au/listings/718281 or email inquiries to adopt@dogrescuenewcastle.com.au
Moose's adoption fee is $450 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
