The facility, which cost nearly $1 million, at 17 Riverside Drive Mayfield, official opens on Saturday, is the culmination of more than five years planning and hard work.
The modern building includes administration offices, store rooms, board room and a meeting area for 120 people and has been fitted out with the latest technology and software.
"We have been searching for a permanent home, where we didn't have to pay rent, and the members now have an asset they can call home," chairman Steve Cucumanovski said. "It has been fully funded by the association through club regos and thrifty saving."
The zone's three full-time staff headed by chief executive Russell Henry, plus a coaching director will be based at the facility. Clubs will be able to use the area upstairs for meetings and education of coaches and volunteers.
"It is a fabulous set up so we can give the clubs the best service possible," Cucumanovski said.
Newcastle Football is the biggest zone in Northern NSW football and has over 11,000 members.
"We were originally housed with Northern NSW up at Hexham," Cucumanovski said. "Once they sold that off to move to Speers Point, we had to find our own place and were renting offices in Lambton.
"A lot of hard work has gone into the new facility and we are very proud of it. as I'm sure the members will be."
The offices will be officially opened on Saturday with a ceremony from noon.
Meanwhile, Cucumanovski said they were in the final stages of appointing a replacement for technical director Richard Hartley.
