A $2.30 favourite after a fastest heat win of 22.21 seconds last week, the Fernando Bale bitch worked hard to cross and eventually lead from box seven.
She then sprinted clear around the turn before beating Scraping By by five lengths in 22.31 to take the $7500 first prize.
It was Nangar Silk's fourth consecutive victory and took her record to six wins and three placings in nine starts.
Earlier, Richmond Vale trainer Jason Mackay claimed the maiden series final (400m) with $2 favourite Zipping Radar.
Second in his final, Zipping Radar was stuck wide and midfield from the box eight start but he burst to the front around the outside when the leading pack collided. He won by 6.25 lengths from Key Enterprise in 22.47.
On Friday, The Gardens hosts a 12-race program from 2.48pm.
